☆ Just got home by 9 p.m and went to Mercury Drug Store to check my Measurements: BP,Ht.,Wt.,Body Fat Estimation and Body Mass Index for only P5! XD
Disappointed. I got high BP earlier but mom checked it again and
it goes normal. :D I gained 0.8 kg. and Had an excess of 2.5% at my fat index.. :/ I'm not surprised because I often feel tightening of my chest. :/
I started to have my diet lastnight. Hope it works!
I love my body and I love my life as well!
